Clear guidelines on order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

Retail Orders

Customers can cancel their retail orders within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

B2B/Wholesale Orders

B2B orders may be cancelled before manufacturing or dispatch begins. If custom branding or specific alterations have started, a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the order value) may apply to cover incurred material and labor costs.

2. Returns & Replacements

We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement.

  • Requests for replacement must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • You must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage along with your request.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" due to the hygienic nature of our baby feeding products.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are generally only issued for valid cancellations (prior to dispatch) or if a requested replacement for a defective item is unavailable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Warranty Context

Our stainless steel products are built to last. If you experience a manufacturing defect (e.g., issues with jointless integrity) during normal use, please contact support. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in repair or replacement at our discretion.
