Warranty & Disclaimer

1. Product Warranty

At Aasi Metals, we take pride in the manufacturing quality of our jointless stainless steel baby feeding products. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

What is Covered:

• Structural integrity of the jointless stainless steel body.
• Defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of purchase.

What is NOT Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration over time.
• Damage caused by misuse, dropping, extreme impacts, or improper alterations.
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning (e.g., using harsh abrasive chemicals or steel wool).
• Consumable parts such as silicone nipples or seals, which naturally degrade over time and require regular replacement for hygiene.

2. Care and Usage Disclaimer

While stainless steel is highly durable and naturally resistant to bacteria, proper care is required to ensure the longevity and safety of our products.

• Temperature Disclaimer: Single-wall stainless steel is not insulated and will transfer the temperature of the liquid. Always test the temperature of the contents before feeding to prevent burns.
• Microwave Disclaimer: NEVER place stainless steel products in a microwave oven. This can cause severe damage to the microwave and create a fire hazard.
• Sterilization: Products can be sterilized using boiling water. Follow standard guidelines for sterilizing baby equipment.

3. Limitation of Liability

Aasi Metals shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Parents and caregivers must always supervise children while they are using feeding products. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from the misuse or unattended use of our products.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description (along with photos) of the defect.
