Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

We operate on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays). How quickly an order ships depends on the type of order placed:

• Retail Orders: Typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• B2B / Wholesale Orders: Processing times vary based on order volume and customization requirements. Standard lead times are provided during the quoting process (usually 7-14 business days).

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services for retail orders and specialized logistics partners for bulk B2B shipments across India.

Retail Shipping (Pan India)

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination pin code. Deliveries to metropolitan areas usually occur faster than deliveries to remote locations.

B2B Shipping

Wholesale shipments are coordinated individually. Transit times depend heavily on the chosen freight method (road vs. rail) and destination. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for retail orders.

For B2B orders, shipping costs are either calculated during the final invoice generation based on weight and volume, or handled via 'To Pay' logistics where the buyer pays the courier upon receipt.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also view shipping status directly in your account dashboard.

5. Damages and Issues

Aasi Metals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction.

If you received your order damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement.
